Champions
The Champions page gives some information about the most recent champs, including their regular season record and season score, as well as pictures and statistics for every player on the active roster on the day the team won the championship:

Additionally, you can use the Select Year drop-down in the upper right to view the same sort of page for any champion in the history of your league!
